We keep adding new designs to our collection every month.
How do I know when new products have been added to your site ?
We send out a newsletter to all our customers, whenever we add new range to our product line.
Are your silver items real silver?
Yes, all the silver jewelry items we sell are 925% pure Sterling Silver.
ORDER FAQ
What is your minimum order Amount /Quantity?
For example orders you can order as low as one piece each style and on satisfaction
for regular orders
M.O.Q. is five pieces each style. This
is not a hard and fast rule, it can be discussed between us. There is no minimum
order amount limit.
The Courier / Forwarding cost for example orders by
EMS for
parcels upto 1 KG is flat 50USD to be borne by the purchaser.
What is your order delivery Period?
Normal time for dispatching your goods is 15 working days and may vary on quantities ordered by you. Very particular or rare stones might not always be immediately available and can take 1-5 days more to provide them. In this case we will contact you by mail. Stones are a natural product and can varie up to 10% (+)or(-)in size or weight.
PAYMENT OPTIONS FAQ
For On Line Purchases at our website :-
1. Orders below 600 usd can be paid through Paypal/Credit card or bank
transfer and orders above 600 usd has to be paid by Bank Transfer only.
2. For bulk Orders : For orders above 2000 usd We process orders only after reciving at least 50% of order amount in advance transferred via electronic wire transfer directly to our Bank Account.
All Shipments are made as soon as final amount is received by wire transfer when goods are ready for shipment.

Do your prices include shipping ?
ALL PRICES MENTIONED ON THIS WEB SITE DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING CHARGES. ALL PRICES ARE F.O.B PRICES JAIPUR PORT.
You can see your shipping charges at the time of check out.
Packing Of Your Shipments
All shipment parcels are well packed in Metal Boxes Or Corrugated paper boxes depending on the quantity and weight .This also includes individual packing of each product in normal polybag packing.
INSURANCE
Please note : All our international
shipments are insured and we pay approximately 2% as insurance charges to the
insurance company. This insurance cost is included in the F.O.B prices,We are
not charging seperatly our customers for the insurance cost of all our commercial
international shipment.
Where do you ship from ?
We have our headquarters in jaipur(India) and all the items are shipped directly from here to you via international shipment carriers .
How do you ship ?
We Ship shipments by EMS/FEDEX/ UPS depending on the quantity or as specified
and agreed with the customer.
How long does it take for the item to be delivered ?
The delivery schedule depends upon the shipping mode,as guaranteed by the Shipping Companies.
By Speed Post : Normal time taken is between 7 to 8 working
days.
By Air Freight : Normal time taken is between 5 to 6 working
days to the destination airport.
By Courier : Normal time take is between 5 to 6 working days.

We ship World Wide almost all countries in world.
What are your shipping charges ?
We charge our customers actual shipping charges charged by the logistic companys and try to get the best offers from them for benefit of our customers.
We do not make profits on the shipping costs.
Do I have to pay any charges other than purchase price and shipping ?
Since your items will be shipped internationally, it is possible that you might be charged a Customs Duty by the government of your country if applicable. The rules and rates related to Customs Duty vary widely from country to country and it is not possible for us to predict or control those. We try our best to make sure that our customers are charged minimum or no Customs Duty by taking all the necessary steps. But in case, the customer is charged a duty, then it is the customers responsibility to pay the same.
Do you Custom Manufacture the designs ?
Our company will quickly manufacture any jewelry designs you desire. Since we are the factory you will get the best price from us! If you have an actual sample of the item you want manufactured kindly get in touch with our sales department. If you are a jewelry designer and have a blue print or you only have a picture of the product you want manufactured, kindly contact us.
